Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All Service London is an electrical and HVAC contractor, and we pull permits and arrange ESA inspection on the electrical work that requires it, and gas permits where HVAC work requires them. (Exact ECRA/ESA and TSSA licence numbers and insurance details to be confirmed and displayed before launch.) We carry the insurance and coverage the work demands.

Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?

Yes. A power outage, arcing, burning smell, no-heat, or no-cool call cannot always wait until morning. Call us and we will get a licensed electrician or HVAC technician out for emergency calls across London and the surrounding area, day or night.

Do you handle both electrical and HVAC?

Often, yes. A Level 2 EV charger, a heat pump, or a hot tub usually needs a dedicated, correctly sized circuit, and an older 100-amp service may need to come up to 200 amps first. We assess the panel and service before any work starts and tell you honestly what it needs.
